We’ve completed our reviews with Income, Lettings and Sustainability. Here’s some of the outcomes.  Introduce and use risk scoring to identify priority accounts  Reduce number of letters  Implement workflow system to automate paper based processes  Agree on full and final settlement rules for former tenant arrears accounts  Carry ou t mandatory pre-NOSP (Notice of Seeking Possession) visit for high risk residents  Introduce a knowledge base for staff to help with basic queries  Further develop the customer portal and first touch application  Pilot risk based working/patchless approach.  Change Mutual Exchange register provider saving up to £38,800  Use Technology to overhaul the lettings process, introducing automation and bringing consistency   Use system capabilities to support and monitor new process – e.g. Introduce new fields in Apex to provide alerts and structure to the process  Set responsibility points for each stage of the process  Asset Services, Asset Management, Development and Finance to improve joint working to deliver the process  Agree a new criteria for renewable installations  DA to approve most beneficial options set out in the decision paper.
