into the same thing. As Rick Warren wrote in
that great book “The Purpose Driven Life”, trying
to be purpose driven in everything, intentional
in everything, and how it ties together. If
something is off-purpose then it needs to be
off my schedule. The mission is too important
and there is too much work to do. So we’re
on that mission, but the word “Freedom” is our
actual company mission. We’re helping people
achieve financial freedom, because for most
people in the world that is their number one
problem that they want to solve. Our ultimate
goal is to help people experience freedom in
every area of life.
Family is a huge value for us, we have an inner-
circle program. We had a live event last year,
and this is a testimony from this couple who
came, they said, “We thought we were going to
learn YouTube, and you changed our marriage.”
It was like, wow, but it’s because we’re weaving
in our faith and our values into everything we
do. I really believe there is a leadership crisis
around the world. We need leaders more than
ever before and a lot of people in my industry
are maybe good at what they do but are not
always maybe the greatest people in terms
of the values they stand for. I’m not here to
even judge them, I’ve learned that you don’t
change culture by cursing culture, you change
