them a reality in the way a label would , but on a very small scale . We really want the Church to be able to worship to all kinds of music , in unique ways , beyond what they may hear on Sundays . Often , songwriters and musicians can get unintentionally neglected in the body if their style doesn ’ t jive with the “ Sunday ” feel . We ’ re hoping to provide an outlet for that . We ’ ve released three records this year , and have two more for next year ! Capitol CMG and Re : Think are our partners for publishing and distribution , so they help with that side of things and have been amazing to work with .
[ WM ] Your recording studio is used both by the church and for some outside projects as well . How did you first get started in recording ?
[ Kyle ] I ’ ve owned The Audio Village ( theaudiovillage . com ) since about 2006 or so .
