I was able to attend this past July’ s Music City Drum Show in Nashville, TN. It was an immersive experience in all things percussive, and truly a“ Super Bowl” of the drumming and percussion world. And the 2026 event in July is set to be even greater. As a registrant you can explore the world of percussion that caters solely to drummers. No guitars. No amplifiers. No pennywhistles. The Music City Drum Show is your event.
An annual affair, the show is your chance to look at, touch, and play just about any brand of drums or cymbals you can think of. You’ ll also be able to test drum hardware and accessories, and it’ s also the perfect place to personally connect with icons in the industry, such as Bill Ludwig III, and great players, not only from the Nashville area, but from all over and representing all genres.
