Jonatan Brandström are right now and help them to shift the focus , because there ’ s so many people that help me with that . And so many legends in church who who ’ ve helped with that . And if we can be a part of that , I would be so honored .
[ WM ] That ’ s good . And Eric , how about you ?
[ Eric ] We named the project Other Side , that ’ s the album name . And I think that ’ s sort of the thing that my heart has been burning about from the start … the other side . There are so many levels on that for most people who listen to our music . They live on the other side , compared to Stockholm . And I think that ’ s something that I pray God ’ s going to breathe on . And I think you can tell in this conversation , there ’ s a rawness and there ’ s a realness from just growing up in this part of the world and where faith and being a Christian is not easy . It costs you something . And I think you can tell that in the worship as well . So , I think that ’ s going to bless people .
There ’ s also an “ other side ” when God steps in , there ’ s an “ other side ” to our fear when we encounter Jesus in the worship .
That ’ s something that we pray over this project , that that would be the “ other side ”. So , the people who use the songs as weapons to just bring the other side . And I think that ’ s what Jesus did . He went to his disciples , and he went like , “ Come on guys , let ’ s go to the other side ”. Literally meaning “ let ’ s go ”. Like , I know this is dark , but let ’ s go to the other side . It ’ s going to be bright . And so that ’ s my prayer with this project . This and maybe the freedom that we will be recognized for a little bit more than Roxette or Abba .
[ WM ] Nice . Now do you have t-shirts that say “ I live On The Other Side ?”
[ Eric ] We should .
