[ Glen ] We have a few things we acknowledge as a team – 1 . We check our egos at the door
2 . We look at everything as wholistically as possible , regardless of our role . 3 . We are a collaborative trust 4 . The best idea is usually the team ’ s idea , not the individuals We don ’ t do special effects just because we can , we always check our decisions against the story , and are continually asking is this really going to raise the guest ’ s ability to understand the moment ? Story is king !
