animal actors and build from there . In order to set our teams and animals up for success , we often try to determine what animal behaviors are needed in the story very early on . We like to give the animal team a good year and half to two years to train for their moment of the show .
[ WM ] What is some practical advice you can give our tech team readers that you have learned from your time at Sight & Sound ?
[ Glen ] Do everything to the best of your ability . Using your talents and sharing your knowledge is honoring to God . Don ’ t take shortcuts for you never know where your path may take you . Always have a servant focus . And take every opportunity as a chance for you to serve a higher calling .
[ WM ] Let ’ s discuss the ministry aspect of what you do . What does it mean to you and your own personal relationship with the Lord to be able to lead a team and present gospel based productions that strengthen believer ’ s lives and offer the hope of Jesus to those who don ’ t know Him ?
[ Glen ] I am constantly asking myself , why me ? I am just humbly amazed and continually honored that He led me here . It is a privilege to serve this team , sit at this table , and tell these stories . I am just thankful .
