2000 ’ s Era Fender Thinline ( Mexico ) Truly a venerated staple for worship guitar . Fender wide range Jesus Culture humbucker sounds are a classic must have .
Tele Partscaster 2012 Handmade / routed / finished in Bel Air , Maryland at the guide and instruction of my worship pastor Kirk Bolen - as a church intern . Warmoth Birdseye maple tele neck and Stew Mac parts . Still my goto in the studio for single- coil tele tones .
Guitar Amp ( s ): I owned two matching Morgan Amplification AC20d ’ s for YEARS and loved them . I still use a Morgan Abbey ( AC30 TB circuit ) head with a Denver Ampworks 12 ” Fluxtone cabinet in my personal studio . I have historically loved Tyler Amps ( owned a Tyler 20 / 20 for years - gold ). Usually , backline a Vox AC30 and Fender Twin or Princeton if i can . My very first combo amp was a Peavey Classic 30 ! A great low budget / pedal platform friendly amp ! I miss it !
Effect Pedals : Strymon Timeline and Bigsky ! Still the industry standard for a reason . I have owned mine since the initial release in the early 2010 ’ s and both units are still working perfectly ! My personal presets are available here : www . soundshop . co / artists / john-meding
