RelientK, Tim with TobyMac, James with Kutless, Noah with Pillar, Derek with Family Force 5 … and on and on.
Before too long, we ended up at the Creation Festivals where my family and I would camp and split our time working a booth to meet the attendees and supporting the artists backstage.
My assistant then, Bev Fowler, did a lot to support and organize the efforts. She moved on to become PRS Director of Artist Relations. The CCM ball became too big for a one man show, and since Bev already knew everybody, it was easy to meld my renegade efforts into PRS proper.
Regarding encouragement, the music was an encouragement to me before any of this happened, and it still is. Getting to know so many of these musicians deeply and experiencing the honesty and authenticity of their messages has been highly encouraging. They are extraordinary humans that are driven by ministry and communicating in a way that may well be the only way that some people can
receive the message.
[ WM ] Jack, thank you so much for spending time with us here at Worship Musician!
[ Jack ] Thank you, Bruce. It is always a pleasure, but I think these Parlor guitars can have a unique place in worship, so I am particularly happy to be able to introduce these guitars! www. PRSguitars. com
