[WM] Let’s talk about your gear… Tell me
about your guitar?
[Darren] Oh GopherWood! I got connected
to GopherWood through Marvin Mumford.
He called me and told me these were brand
new guitars to America. Marvin brought seven
or eight of them to my house. I’ve now got a
couple of them. These are beautifully designed
guitars. I love the cutaway model especially.
What really amazed me the most was the
playability. Now, I’m not like the world’s greatest
guitar player, but I love how easy the guitar is to
play and how warm it sounds. It doesn’t sound
like any other guitar, it has its sonic texture all of
it’s own. In terms of the quality of the guitar, it
rivals any guitar I have ever played. I have played
like hundreds of shows all over the world and
[WM] What In-Ears are you using?
