World of Warcraft Community Magazine // 15
In times of great need, such as debating how to start
an article, I’ve always had to fallbacks: Referring to
myself as some otherworldly being of skill and charm
and mentioning my bird-like spirit animal the Moonkin.
This isn’t quite such a time, but I feel it’s become part
of the Eilthis character I’ve worked under for so long
and that has only recently become more developed,
almost entirely due to my continued patronage of this
wonder magazine. This characterization of myself
leads to only one statement in regards to this issue:
Although I feel I’ve added my own truly unique spark
to the creativity each writer, photographer, and editor
brings to the table, I’ve found this has been a wonderful
place to set up roost. I was so nervous that day, an
entire year ago, that I applied. I didn’t know what I was
doing in life or where I wanted to go, but this was a
chance for something new that I’d never tried before.
I’ve taken a lot of twists and turns since then, and I’m still
unsure of where I’m going, but one thing I’m sure of is that
I’ve had such an amazing time writing for this magazine;
between the people I’ve met, the things I’ve learned, and
the readers I’ve been able to reach out to, I could never
imagine a more enriching experience than this has been.
