Nour in
Leeuwarden
Campus Leeuwarden
Finding her way around the campus and the city was not too hard as “Leeuwarden is a very small city, especially living in the downtown centre it was very easy for me to get around”.
On campus, Nour really liked the cafeterias and found local students very professional. In Qatar, the cafeteria is very small and “the whole place is just as big as this table”, she says laughing.
experiencing the study
She liked her group in the first module and the way of teaching and the classes. “The program was completely different from what I study in Qatar, because in Qatar I study IHM. So it was nice to experience something new”.
Also the minor she did here opened up her eyes to a lot different perspectives. Grand Tour is definitely something she would recommend to everyone.
Memorable moments
One of the most memorable moments for Nour was when she and her group won the first price for the presentation they had to give as part of curriculum of Humanitarian Management 1.
