EXPERT OPINION for the market. Our plan is to continue developing our employees. We plan to bring all our global experience to Central Asia. My personal opinion is that knowledge and information should be shared. If knowledge is not transferred, then it ceases to exist. The more people get information about innovations, global trends, know where to go, then it all together will help create an excellent platform for the formation of the right knowledge ecosystem in the Republic of Kazakhstan. You are on the board of directors of EUROBAK and supervise the newly created Digital Committee. Tell us, please, what goals does the committee set for itself? I was very happy to join the Board of Directors of EUROBAK and thankful to everyone who supported me. I understand that this position at the moment requires me to allocate time, share experiences and knowledge. In my opinion, we now have to form the right agenda for the association. Let's look at Kazakhstan? What are they constantly talking about and what affects us all on a global scale? We see that on a global scale, all governments and companies are subject to a trend of digitalisation or in English digitalisation. This trend assumes that companies are fully digitizing their activities and introducing advanced information technologies to make strategic decisions in order to streamline business processes and develop advanced competitive products and services that are in demand in the future. Therefore, the introduction of digital space, or now they say digital economy, is a trend that is developing very actively. The topic itself is very extensive. Today EUROBAK has more than 150 companies with a long, long history of development. There are companies that are over 100 years old. These companies went through everything: the industrial revolution, various financial crises, and they are successful. I am sure that such companies have something to recommend to Kazakhstan. They are interested in the development of a proper ecosystem, they can offer their services and goods, and Kazakhstan can correctly incorporate them, which is a win-win for everyone. improve the digital ecosystem, giving correct recommendations both at the state level and at the level of various local companies. 1. We will share lessons learned and shape priorities, focusing on the right implementation mechanisms. 3. We will actively invest in training and development of personnel. We see that a proper ecosystem is being formed of young professionals who are currently studying at universities. Some of them are already working, and we want to direct these resources immediately in the right direction. Accordingly, we will interact with both organizations and universities in the development of various training programmes. For example, one of our active members of this committee is SAP. They are already mentors for various start-up projects and at the same time they conduct training seminars for students of various universities. The same can be said about KPMG. Today, we are represented in each top university of Kazakhstan as a digital ambassador who talks about the main trends, advising how you can position yourself in the digital arena, and what efforts you need to make in order to become a sought-after specialist, not only today, but tomorrow. 2. We will look at trends that affect Kazakhstan and the problems that exist in the region. We will try to What projects are being imple- mented in the field of cybersecuri- ty, human capital development, and Accordingly, an agenda is formed from all this in order for this flow of knowledge to go in the right direction to Kazakhstan, both to the government and to the companies. If you look at the Digital Kazakhstan programme, then it affects almost all areas: from the ecosystem to the human capital. The main goal of the committee is to help shape the right agenda. We in EUROBAK see that we are obliged to form a digital committee with the participation of active companies in the composition and we plan to achieve the following goals: supported by EUROBAK 21
