Through a collaborative effort between Rentokil Initial and Pico , every element within the virtual environment was intricately planned to ensure an engaging narrative and user experience . Creating a futuristic virtual 360 ° environment delivering the brand messaging . Visitors were welcomed by Rentokil Initial ’ s Digital Innovation Director , Paul Donegan , who explained the journey to follow and was virtually present in many forms to ensure a touch of humanity and warmth . An auditorium with Q & A sessions was available for visitors en-route to the exit .
