Crofton House today is a vibrant and diverse
community of more than 900 girls from
Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12. There are
more than three applicants for every space
at the School. Across the four entry grades,
more than 90 percent of offered places are
accepted.
FACULTY
There are more than 165 committed
faculty and administrative staff working
collaboratively to ensure student learning
is at the heart of the School. Crofton House
prides itself on attracting, retaining and
developing extraordinary teachers who are
dedicated to inspiring young women to meet
the challenges of life with confidence, to take
a responsible role in society, and to enjoy a
lifelong enthusiasm for learning.
The faculty are certified teachers who are
committed to the importance and benefits of
an all-girls’ learning environment. All courses
in the Senior School are taught by subject
specialists, while the Junior School is a
balance between specialists in subjects such
as art, music, French, physical education, and
information technology, and qualified form
teachers. Our associate teacher program
welcomes new teachers with support and
the opportunity to continue to learn from
experienced teacher-mentors.
