Talent Pipeline Delivers for Employers and Job Seekers
An orthopedic office in Lincolnshire contacted the Business
Services Team at the beginning of 2013 looking for support
staff. Team members reviewed resumes in the Talent Pipeline
and identified several appropriate candidates. In January
2013, they referred Valerie, and she was hired as a Front Desk
Associate. To date, the Business Services team has successfully
filled three permanent positions for this company. “When a
company has an opening, we can find the right match at no
cost to the employer,” explained Business Services team member Kay Dewane.

potential candidates at the Job Center.
