Assessment
Access 3 / National 4 & 5
The learner will be assessed continuously by the teacher in both the Drama skills units and the Theatre
Production units. The creating process is assessed through teacher observation. Practical and written work
will be assessed at the end of each unit by the teacher also.
Student folio’s and self-assessment is also required as assessment evidence.
National 5 - the final production in Unit 3 must be performed to an audience and will be assessed by a
visiting examiner.
