What do you do to help you when you’re feeling like you might relapse? Sometimes I play music and just take a moment to breathe and relax, almost like forgetting the world. However talking to friends helps a lot too, they calm me down and take my mind of what i am feeling even if for a moment, the urge can pass.
What is your advice to other people going through the same thing?
Too just stay strong, and know that if you have the urge to relapse, just think you may have had that urge before and you got through it, you can do it again. You have clearly been through so much and have survived, you can live through this too, and you are on your way to happiness. Don’t lose sight of your goal.
