This is a time to be
very honest with
yourself, you deserve
to have more balance
and harmony in
your life, so you can
have a purposeful
life filled with love,
joy, inspiration and
fulfilment.
This is not a time to
beat yourself up over
what you don’t have, it
is a time to be realistic
and to start planning
to bring forward the
changes you desire.
This can be a very big change for some of us, and the thought of having to make all
these changes can be very overwhelming. Take small steps to change your current
patterns, don’t plan or expect it to all happen over night.
TIPS FOR BRINGING BALANCE AND HARMONY INTO YOUR LIFE
WORK: Look at what you can do to be your most productive during your scheduled work
hours, so you are not staying late or taking work home on a regular basis. Take breaks
during your work day, drink water to stay hydrated, and eat a healthy lunch and snacks
to keep your brain and body functioning at its optimum level.
UNPLUG: We all hear that our children spend too much time on electronics and need to
unplug. What about the adults? We all need to unplug and have down time from our
phone, computer and tv.
Taking this step for most people is one of the scariest and hardest ones to do. We have
become so dependant on our electronics to keep in touch with what is happening in our
world. We have trained ourselves to believe that if we unplug something catastrophic will
happen in our life and it is our fault for being unplugged! Now, we know that isn’t true,
BUT it does stop us from unplugging! Set a realistic goal for yourself to unplug
