I then contacted another friend I had met
through the now closing company who
was familiar with setting up companies.
Together we created a list of questions
to ask our new company. Questions that
would help ensure that my needs and
values and those of my team and clients
were met as well.
I now felt a little more prepared and
calmer in my decision to explore what
this new company was offering.
Interviewer: My understanding from your posts is that you and your team have joined
this company?
JPK: Yes... that is true. The days following my discussion with my coach, I checked in with
my team and was overwhelmed with the dire circumstances some of my team were facing.
My heart broke for these women.
I am so excited that these women chose to join with me and this new company! Our first
step, I connected with 12 of my team and together we flew to Utah to meet a team from
this new company. We were amazed by the products, impressed with the level of support
we received, and overwhelmed with the spirit of welcome. They listened to US! They
were open to suggestions we were making - how refreshing!
• We worked together to get the word out to other members of our team and our clients.
• We fast tracked getting our products to us and our clients.
• Things snowballed from there!
AND... we are just starting!
