Eat a proper and balanced diet
By eating well, you'll reduce the
risk for heartdisease, including heart attacks, stroke, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. You'll even get a boost of energy! On the days I postpone eating due to work, I feel very tired and sluggish. I don’t think straight because of focussing on the feeling of hunger.. So eat your food! Some negative effects of not eating are being more at risk to all of the diseases mentioned above and feeling sluggish and tired due to not having enough energy.

Take a break
Taking a break while doing work isn't always a bad thing. In fact, it's a good thing every now and then! Then you won’t feel the bearing teeth of stress dig into our back, which is great since stress is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States. With no stress on you, you’ll be able to work efficiently and effectively.
I know that if I don’t take some time for myself, I get headaches, I don’t feel like eating, and feel like crying at all times. That’s why I try to draw or sketch something everyday to let me relax.
If it's all pain and no fun game, you might expect to feel a lot more headaches, muscle pains, and sleep problems.
