30 MINUTES
IS THE WAY FORWARD
FOR THE
FITNESS INDUSTRY
I
have witnessed a lot of
change in the industry
and in the way people
view and engage in
exercise. One of the key
changes is time. People
have become time-poor.
They work longer hours,
work two or more jobs and
through that, struggle to
find time to do things with
their kids, catch up with
friends, or manage the
home, let alone exercise.
Exercise all too often can
come last, due to the
misconception that you
need to spend a long time
working out to get into
shape and see results.

We live in a world that is gripped with
staying fit but we have less and less time
to do it.
I strongly believe there is a need to
change to meet the needs of our
customers.
tWe need to get people back into
exercising but for shorter periods of time
and in a more intense way to help them
achieve their goals without them feeling
committed to huge blocks of time.
HIIT can be
done anywhere.
It only takes from
10 - 30 minutes a
day and doesn’t
require any
equipment.
