[ Paul ] Ultimate Ears custom molds. Tiago @ myinears is the best.
[ WM ] What do you use to capture song ideas down with?
[ Paul ] My iPhone voice memos.
[ WM ] What is the next piece of gear you would be excited to have?
[ Paul ] I’ m in a season of selling and purging gear I’ ve collected over the decades. I have more than I need. However, I can easily be talked into the latest“ must have”:)
[ WM ] What is a current Worship record you enjoy listening to right now?
[ Paul ] So many great new projects these days! I’ m really enjoying John Mark McMillan’ s‘ Cosmic Supreme’.
[ WM ] Can you name one challenge you have faced in ministry and how have you grown through it?
[ Paul ] One of my reoccurring challenges throughout the decades is‘ over-commitment’- trying to do too many things- to the point of exhaustion or burnout. Classic‘ Martha syndrome’- busy, busy, busy. Jesus says“ Mary chose the better part”- sitting at His feet. Waiting. Listening. Trusting.
[ WM ] Do you have words of encouragement to fellow worship leaders, worship bands and audio teams who serve week in and week out at their local church?
[ Paul ] How’ s your heart doing? Are you burned out or thriving? The Father cares more about YOU than what you can DO for Him. You’ re His son or daughter. Receive His love and kindness. Exhale all the striving.‘ Work’ from a place of peace- in the midst of busyness- keep turning your heart back to the Lord throughout the day.
