The tour promotes Wyoming’s contribution to roots music both in and beyond its borders. Playing 13 stops through Wyoming, Colorado and Idaho, the 2013 tour was not only a success, it received the recognition of The New York Times in June 2013. This year, the second caravan is shaping up to be another powerful representation of regional music. The 2014 tour will be making 17 stops (with only one day off) through Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Montana and Colorado. The 2013 ‘traveling concert circus’ combined the talents of Jackson’s Screen Door Porch with Jalan Crossland, a Ten Sleep native and recipient of a Governor’s Arts Award; and Centennial, Wyoming native J Shogren Shanghai’d.
