three bands together all

outside of Wyoming…to
spread this music that’s all the same
genre -- but we’re all very different
within that umbrella,” Seadar Rose
of Screen Door Porch (SDP) told

wrapping up the inaugural year of
the Wyomericana Caravan.

The tour was the brainchild of Rose, who
shares the core duo duties of SDP with
husband Aaron Davis. The tour promotes
Wyoming’s contribution to roots music
both in and beyond its borders. Playing
13 stops through Wyoming, Colorado
and Idaho, the 2013 tour was not only
a success, it received the recognition of
The New York Times in June 2013. This
year, the second caravan is shaping up
to be another powerful representation
of regional music. The 2014 tour will be
making 17 stops (with only one day off)
through Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Montana
and Colorado.
The 2013 ‘traveling concert circus’
combined the talents of Jackson’s Screen
Door Porch with Jalan Crossland, a
Ten Sleep native and recipient of a
Governor’s Arts Award; and Centennial,
Wyoming native J Shogren Shanghai’d.
This year, Screen Door Porch and J
Shogren return to the stage, and bring
along the powerful vocals and impressive
performance of Patti Fiasco, based in
Laramie & Fort Collins, Colorado. “We’ve
