Once Upon A Time

Marilyn Monroe, Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn. These were just a few of the icons that inspired the wardrobes of the attendees at WKWDND’12, “Up In The Air”. Vintage was the main theme of the night and the Chijmes ballroom saw a sea of floral, polka-dotted prints, little black dresses and stunning updos for the ladies. Their male counterparts kept the standard up as well, looking suave in suspenders, bow ties and the must-have classic Elvis Presley’s back-combed hair. Throughout the night, the pageant contestants and some of WKW’s very own talents treated the audience to performances. Attractive prizes were also given out during the table games and most importantly, a sumptuous buffet was served to satisfy everybody’s appetite. An event to doll up and enjoy the night with fellow WKW friends, it was definitely a DND worth attending! 8
