want to say or feel if is taking away your
peace of mind or for that matter if it just
helps with making you feel relaxed.
If you want to keep calm, it is important

are close to or write it down. Choose a
way that is comfortable for you so that
you can stay 100% relaxed.

heart out with people you are close to,
its always good to hear them out and
take their opinions into account.
