the way it comes.
Basically, the spiritual
aspect of yoga teaches you
to accept every storm as
a part of the journey and
during happy times you
know how to be joyous to the
fullest. You learn to keep a
balance through the different
situations life throws at you.
All in all, yoga has spiritual
significance because it can
keep the mind, body, and soul
connected. In the real sense,
it keeps the three connected
because your body is toned
and healthy and breathing
exercises helps the mind
stay calm. If the mind and
body are healthy, the soul
automatically gets connected.
