send B-777 to India in the
month of July next year. This
plane will have the call sign
“Air India One”. Tourism Opens In Jammu And
Kashmir After 2 Months

Kashmir have been through a
bad time
One of the Senior of the
National Carrier stated that
two IAF pilots will fly the PM.
For now, a few pilots have
been trained to fly the B-777
planes, further, a few more
will be trained. While there was a security
alert issued in Jammu and
Kashmir in the month of
August, several students,
pilgrims, and tourists had to
leave Jammu and Kashmir
because of all the terrorist
attacks.

On October 10th, 2019 the
tourism is starting back
in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Security advisory had
restricted the tourists from
staying Jammu and Kashmir
in August, it is now withdrawn
and tourists can visit Jammu
and Kashmir after Governor
Satyapal Malik instructed to
provide necessary assistance
to all the tourists. This order
was issued on 9th October
2019.
During the peak season
when 20,000 tourists were
present in Jammu and
Kashmir this incident took
place. Apart from this,
telephone and internet
services were banned before
the decision of Article 370
was made.
The Department has no clear
information on the number of
tourists who were in Jammu
and Kashmir in the month of
August. In June there were
1.74 lakh tourists and in July
there were 1.52 lakh visitors.
The Sonamarg resort that
is situated in the Ganderbal
district was filled with visitors
and as the hotels and
business was closed it got
lonely and empty.
