Introduction
Garland pose is also known as Malasana. It is simple and effective for your
back, ankles, and groin.
Benefits :
--> This asana is good for toning your abdominal muscles
--> It is good for improving your metabolism and digestion
--> This effective pose helps open your hips and groin
--> It is stretches your back and gives you a great body posture
Steps to do :
Step 1 : Roll a mat on the floor, stretch your legs and sit in a squatted position
with your knees folded
Step 2: Look straight and let your face remain relaxed, joining both your palms
together, fold your hands.
Precaution :
This asana is not good for the ones with pain in their knees or lower back.
