Steps to do :
Step 1 : Roll a mat on the floor, fold your knees, place your feet on the floor
and sit down on your ankles.

Position - Do your best to maintain a little distance in between both your legs.
Step 2 : Slowly lift your hands up, bring it forward and slide your palms
and lower body forward.
Position - Palms sliding down forward, lower body pushed back and chin
on the ground with your buttocks facing the sky. Stay in this position for a
minute and see to it that your lower body is completely facing the sky.
Precaution :
This yoga asana is not advisable for the
ones having a major
knee injury.
