Dukha- This truth says- suffering exists
and it universal. There are several causes for
loss, sickness, pain, failure. The situations
come in the form of sufferings to the all the
living creatures.
Samudaya- There is a cause for every
suffering. It is mainly due to attachment. We
desire to have or control the happenings.
Nirodha- Every suffering has an end.
Someday you will overcome the attachment
to kept all the days. You will free yourself.
A suffered mind experiences the endless
freedom, forever non attachment. Then, mind
lets everything go- be it a desire or craving.
Magga- A person who wants to end the
suffer, must follow the eightfold path.

The Eightfold path
The eightfold path consists of eight different
practices that the followers must believe in
and follow.
Right understanding, right thinking, right
speech, right conduct, right livelihood, right
effort, right mindfulness, right concentration.
The Three Practices Of Buddhism
l Sila- This is a teaching is of combined
principles of Buddhism. One is the principle of
equality- it says, all the creatures are equal.
The second principle is of reciprocity. It is not
to do anything to others that you wish others
not to do it you. Most of the religions believe
in this valuable principle.
l Samadhi- It is nothing but concentration,
meditation and mental development. Mental
development can only show a clear way to

personal development. It leads right to find
wisdom, strengthens mind and controls your
mind.
l Prajna- It refers to When your heart is pure
and calm, you will grow with wisdom and
insight. This is a basic value of Buddha.
Reasons for decline of Buddhism
Buddhism was followed by great dynasties
of Indian. In 12th century, pala dynasty was
destroyed and even Buddhism got affected with
it. The religion left the teachings and principles
which became a part of everyday life but people
started neglecting all of them slowly.
