Apple’s beta version of ios
13.4 will allow the users
to utilize their devices as
the keys for NFC enabled
vehicles. This feature was
named as ‘CarKey’ and
not yet enabled. Let’s look
further deep into the working
and features of the ‘CarKey’. and setup requires the car
manufacturer’s app. CarKey
will be available in the wallet
app only if the user places
iphone on the top of the NFC
reader in the car. Once the
CarKey is available on the
iphone, it can be easily added
to the Apple watch.
How CarKey Works? Apple is working in
cooperation with some
manufacturers to implement
the CarKey.
No need to authenticate the
Face ID to use CarKey, just
hold the iphone or apple
watch in front of the reader
to unlock the hidden features
like lock, unlock or start the
car. Express mode settings
can be changed in the wallet.
The pairing process takes
place through the wallet app

the car.

even when your iphone or

that sharing limits the person
from starting the car. This
safe feature allows the kids
to unlock the car to put their
things in the car and come
back with out starting it.
This feature will be available
to everyone only after the
official release of the iOS
