Several measures are being
taken by the governments
of several countries in order
to evacuate their stranded
citizens from China.
Two Air India special flights has
departed from Delhi to the city
of Wuhan in the Hubei province
of China and have evacuated
several citizens of India who
have been stranded in the
People’s Republic of China.
The government of India has
asked the Indians who were
living in the Hubei province
of China to ascertain their
willingness in order to get them
back to India.
The government of India have
also temporarily suspended
the e- visa facilities for the
people travelling from China
and the foreigners who have
been residing in China. This
step has been initiated by the
government of India in order
to stop the coronavirus from
spreading.
The suspension of the e-
visas has also been applied
to the holders of the Chinese
passports and the applicants of
nationalities who are residing
in China and also the e- visas
which have already been
issued will no longer be valid.
