Method For The Chicken No-1 Take a deep bottomed bowl and add the chicken pieces into it No-2 To that, crack the eggs and add a dash of soya sauce, chilli sauce and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper No-3 Add cornflour and maida to that and make a batter like consistency around the chicken pieces No-4 Take a kadhai and add some oil for deep frying No-5 Once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces to it and fry till everything is golden brown and cooked from inside No-6 Fry all the chicken pieces and keep it aside For The Sauce In the same kadhai, take out and strain the oil, only leaving behind 2-3 tbsp in it No-1 To that, add the chopped onions and capsicum, chilli and spring onion pieces No-2 Fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame No-3 Add all the sauces, salt, pepper and some chilli powder for extra spiciness No-4 Mix everything together and let it fry for 2 minutes FEBRUARY 2020 | WWW.WISHESH.NET
