Chilli Chicken Recipe
If you are a Chinese food lover, knowing the basic chilli chicken
recipe like the back of your hand can help you plan things for a feast
a lot better. The best thing about this recipe is how easy it is but how
delectable it tastes. Make sure that you prep things the night before if
you are in a rush the next morning.
Ingredients
Boneless chicken pieces – 500 grams
(cut into small cubes)

Onions – 3 whole cut into big chunks
Capsicum – 2 whole cut into big chunks
Spring onions – 3 springs cut into
bite sized pieces
Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
Soya sauce – 3-4 tbsp
Chilli sauce – ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Black pepper – as per taste
Salt – as per taste
Corn flour – 1 packet
Maida – 3-4 tbsp
Eggs – 2 whole
Oil – as required
