Sometimes you just need to do nothing and breathe! As you know that time is a healer, you would never forget your experience but the grief you are going through in the moment heals after a while or you either learn to get through it even if it stays deep down in your heart. You just need to breathe and stop thinking that your life is full of grief. Hold on and just flow through the turmoil you are going through in your heart and mind.
