Sometimes you just need to
do nothing and breathe!
As you know that time is a
healer, you would never forget
your experience but the grief
you are going through in the
moment heals after a while or
you either learn to get through
it even if it stays deep down in
your heart. You just need to
breathe and stop thinking that
your life is full of grief. Hold
on and just flow through the
turmoil you are going through
in your heart and mind.
If you are in pain because you
worked hard and did not clear
an exam, it is okay to feel
bad about it and stay in that
moment because after a while
you would not be able to focus
on that pain too much as you
will notice it fade and reduce
in time.
