W BUSINESS L REVOLUTION 4.0 REVOLVE 365 It’s been a whirlwind twelve months since Whitfield Business Support rebranded as Revolution Four. We managed to pin down founders Nik & Justine to debrief us on the last year. Brand Evolution “The rebrand changed us much more than we imagined. The aim was to make our image reflect our culture of an enthusiastic & creative team, which I believe we did very successfully.” said Nik. However the side effects were beyond the pair’s already optimistic expectations. “We saw a substantial increase in converted sales and a shift to large, in some case enterprise sized clients” explained Justine. Based in Heswall they attracted clients from the Wirral but the rebrand opened doors both nationally and internationally. In particular they have found a niche in London; Nik & Justine work out of offices in Shoreditch a couple of times a month so can provide personal attention to clients but without London prices. Philanthropy At the start of the year Revolution Four were nominated lead employer partner with the Local Enterprise Partnership as part of their Careers Hub. The initiative is designed to bridge the chasm between school and employment. Nik explained “Over the last year we’ve delivered talks about entrepreneurship, start- up companies & careers. We produced podcasts of professionals; vets, solicitors, accountants, etc talking about their vocation & available to students anytime. We’ve set up mock interviews so the students can practice in a less pressured environment.” 84 wirrallife.com Whilst in London the pair helped the Liverpool City Region Careers Hub bid with the Career & Enterprise Company to extend the reach into more schools throughout the region; they’re delighted to have recently found out that their bid was successful. They have been working hard on the Tim Cogley Foundation; a charity set up to raise awareness that regular health screening saves lives. To date they have arranged screen of over 700, with six people discovered as high risk in the first screening that the charity were made aware of; potentially life saving. Justine, patron of the charity, said “Tim was a good friend & even worked with Nik & I, so it’s amazing to be able to help the Cogley family & friends expanding our own family as Revolution Four and make something good out of a tragic story.” Awards They’ve also picked up a fair few trophies & nominations in the last 12 months; including the City of Liverpool Business Awards Best Start-Up, Wirral Life Awards, Women in Business & Forward Ladies Awards. The incredible energy that exudes from the duo can be seen in everything they do, from their enthusiastic desire to impress their clients, the incredible efforts they put into their social responsibility to their thirst for digital knowledge & expertise.
