Ahead of their grand opening, Sephora UK kicked off the celebrations in style, rolling out the black carpet for a spectacular VIP party that has become synonymous with their store openings: welcoming celebrities, content creators, press and members of local governance to be the first to have a sneak peak inside. Guests enjoyed a fierce lip-sync showdown from Naya Thorn, a showstopping vogue performance from Liverpool’ s iconic dance company House ofSuarez that became‘ House of Sephora’ for one night only, and DJ sets from Jade Edwards and social media sensation hailing from Liverpool itself Billie Clements, who also livestreamed the entire party to her TikTok audience, giving insider access to those tuning in.
The event was hosted by Liverpool’ s very own Danny Beard, fresh off his stint from Celebrity Big Brother and winner of RuPaul’ s Drag Race UK Season Four, whose iconic black and white makeup perfectly matched Sephora’ s signature stripes.
