Patients on a green pathway have a Covid-19 test before their admission , any patient admitted on a red pathway will have a Covid swab at relevant points in their treatment journey .
All patients are allocated their own room with ensuite bathroom on admission and all staff provide infection control precautions of a high standard . We also have a colleague Covid swabbing system in place , all staff are tested twice weekly . This process is monitored by Heads of Department .
All visitors to the hospital are at the discretion of the Director of Clinical Services .
Our hospital facilities include :
• 25 private rooms , each with en-suite facilities , TV and WiFi and a 17 bedded daycase unit .
• Three operating theatres , including two laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery .
• On-site diagnostic imaging facilities include a static wide bore , noise reducing MRI , Ultrasound , X-Ray and Mammography with scans carried out by our specialist radiographers , and all results reported by our consultant radiologist .
• On-site pharmacy which is open 9am to 5pm .
• Refurbished outpatient consulting rooms and a minor procedures theatre .
