RUTH JONES BOOK SIGNING
An evening with Ruth Jones, best known for her outstanding and award winning television writing BBC1’ s‘ Gavin and Stacey’ and Sky One’ s‘ Stella’. She also had a number one hit with Rob Brydon. Ruth was in town as part of a sold out book tour talking about her debut book Never Greener. The event sold out very early on, organised by Linghams Booksellers in Heswall and was hosted by Neston Cricket Club. Ruth was engaging, funny and interesting as she explained why 10 publishers fought over her book, which originated as a screen play. Ruth explained where the title came from, although the grass may look greener on the other side it never is. Interviewed by Sue Porter owner of Linghams bookshop the evening was super fun.
