We are also gratified looking back on a year we could be there for people at their lowest times. Connecting those in need with the right trust attorney, legal advocate, or therapy program has put friends on a much better path than they were on during our first contact. The willingness of key decision makers to go above and beyond their day to day work this year - from the state to the county, from attorneys to social workers, and doctors to donors - has literally saved lives and protected extremely vulnerable people from harm, and for that we are beyond grateful.
