Healthy Exercises

A healthy heart happens due to a number of factors . However , the most important components to a full functioning heart would have to be exercise and nutrition . From power walking to yogilates , exercises for the heart can be done anywhere at anytime . The heart is exercised most in “ cardio ” as it is good for raising your heart rate . This allows blood to pump faster and maintain bodily fluids .
Research suggests that just 30 minutes a day of exercise , five days a week can keep you fit .
Aerobic Exercise Running , jogging or bicycling for about 30 minutes . Starting off gradual and pacing yourself is very important . You can either take on the full 30 minutes in one take or divide it out into increments .
You can check your pulse on your own by placing two fingers on your wrist , the side of your neck , the inside of your elbow , and the top of the foot . Know what your resting heart rate is ( best taken when you first wake up ) so you can know where to raise your heart rate for the most efficient workout .
Strength Training Gaining strength is more than just lifting weights . You can also use restraining bands as well as your own body weight to challenge your strength . Yoga and Pilates are two excellent practices that you can take part in 2 -3 times a week for an hour each . Allow a day in between classes to let your muscles recover .
