Farmers Market – and you still can today!
Market To Table Cuisine brings the quality ingredients and
professionally inspired products found in our kitchens and
brings them to that special Home Chef. Market to Table
carries bone broths, demi place, beef tallow along with
ghee, compound butters and fresh made soups, brines, and
marinades. From their traditional buttermilk blue cheese
dressing to their dips, spreads, and vinaigrettes, everything
is locally handcrafted in their restaurant kitchen, located
in the Roper Garden Building in downtown WG.
