Winter Garden. Incorporated as
a City in 1908, there were several
individuals who were key in the
city’s development. This month,
and over the next several issues, we’ll
be taking a closer look at the great
folks who were instrumental in the
growth of our City. This month, we
take a look at our first mayor, A.B.
