A
ngee Ferrín was born in Caracas, Venezuela and
later graduated at the Architecture & Arts School
of the University of Los Andes, Venezuela with a degree
in Architecture. Her increasing love and curiosity for
the arts drove her to self-study the pointillism technique
used by neo-impressionist artist, Georges Seurat,
who had clearly been a great influence on her style.
When painting, Angee challenges herself to explore
the multiple paths of colors and shapes, incorporating
dots to fill and delineate textures using her vibrant
colors signature style. This helps her to establish
a surreal interpretation and leads the eyes of the
observer to the open door of the imagination.
Her work has become rapidly well known in the Central
Florida art scene, with participation in numerous shows
and exhibits. She has received multiple awards honoring
her creations, her most recent accomplishment being the
award for the "Most Creative Artist" at the Windermere
Art Affair this past March.
