OFF-SEASON TRIATHLON TRAINING
Get Fit and Build Endurance! TWT moves indoors to the Glen-
view Park Center this winter to get you ready for the upcoming
triathlon season. Our training programs utilize multi-sport tri-
athlon disciplines helping you to develop your best technique
in swim, bike and run as well as an emphasis on strength
training to keep you in line with your fitness goals. All levels
welcome! No experience necessary!
Join Megan, a certified yoga instructor, each week to learn
designated yoga moves specifically for you! Explore many
yoga poses that cultivate strength, flexibility and create a posi-
tive body image. Class will work on building self-esteem and
confidence through a playful mix of heart-opening yoga poses,
thoughtful discussion, meditation and breathe work. AGES 16+ YRS.

MASTERS SWIM WORKOUT
ASCA Swim Coach and USA Triathlon Expert Coach Drew Surinsky
will help you increase your effectiveness and comfort in the water
with this 1000-2500 yard adult swim workout. Workouts include
technique drills, intervals and submerged videotaping. Partici-
pants should have basic swimming skills and be able to complete
the workout distance.
