Overcoming Challenges and Creating Community
When he started out, one of Amir’ s biggest challenges was assembling his crew.“ It takes a while to find the right people, but I have very knowledgeable installers.” He also empowers his employees to ask questions at any point in the process.“ I have never been afraid to reach out to my mentor or other peers within my industry to ask questions and have been fortunate to find great support along my journey,” he shares.“ So whether my team needs to clarify something with the general contractor or architect, or call a door manufacturer to get product details, I encourage them to act fast and not be shy in getting their questions answered, because clear communication and understanding are vital to any project.”
