So we had a feeling their ‘ wedstival ’ would be one for the highlights reel ! After first meeting on Tinder , the couple ’ s instant rapport quickly became a life shared , filled with friends , family , and time spent scanning the city for fun new experiences and gourmet haunts . “ We ’ re always doing something and we ’ re usually trying to fit 26 hours into a day ,” laughs Ashlee . Travis ’ proposal was perfectly on brand . “ He planned an Amazing Race-style adventure around Brisbane ,” says Ashlee . “ The last destination was the Stones Corner Hotel , where we first met . We cracked the code on the last safe , Travis reached inside for a ring box , got down on one knee , and asked if I would marry him .” The pub crowd went wild , and a hidden videographer and six close friends emerged to help celebrate . Nailed it ! The couple then went from engaged to justmarried in seven months , thanks a curated vision , careful planning , and a dollop of creative flair . The key was finding a venue to host both ceremony and reception then assembling a superstar vendor list . “ We fell in love with The Lussh instantly ” says Ashlee . “ And all our suppliers were phenomenal , the crème de la crème of the industry .”
