SARAH E. WALL
ELLE MOLBERT
Elle Molbert is an associate attorney with
Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., in West Fargo.
She practices primarily in family law
and serves as a prosecutor for the City
of West Fargo. Molbert is licensed to
practice in North Dakota and Minnesota
and joined Ohnstad Twichell in August
2017.
Sarah E. Wall is an associate attorney
at Smith Porsborg Schweigert
Armstrong Moldenhauer and Smith in
Bismarck. She practices in the areas
of civil litigation and administrative
law, typically in the areas of insurance
defense and political subdivision
defense. Prior to joining Smith
Porsborg, Wall served as a judicial law
clerk for North Dakota’s East Central
Judicial District in Fargo.
Wall is a native of Devils Lake and
graduated magna cum laude from
North Dakota State University with
a bachelor of arts degree in political
science. She attended the University
of North Dakota School of Law,
graduating cum laude in 2014. Wall
is a member of the American Bar
Association, North Dakota Defense
Lawyers Association, and DRI. She
also serves as the president-elect for
the Young Lawyers Section and was
recently elected as the officer-at-large
for the Big Muddy Bar Association.
She was born and raised in Fargo and
graduated from the University of North
Dakota (UND) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In 2017, Molbert
earned a juris doctor from the UND School of Law. During law school,
she worked as a law clerk and was a judicial extern at the Northeast
Central Judicial District.
Molbert and her fiancé live in West Fargo with their dog, Moose. In her
spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family,
and summer weekends at the lake.

Wall resides in Bismarck with her
husband, Jared, their two dogs,
Watson and Harper, and their cat,
Jules. Wall is a fitness enthusiast and
also enjoys spending her spare time
with family and friends.
