Ramesh Raskar wins 2016 Lemelson-MIT Prize:
India-born innovator and scientist Ramesh Raskar has won the
prestigious 2016 Lemelson-MIT Prize. He is an associate professor
at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT’s) Media Lab. He is
known for his co-invention of an ultra-fast imaging camera that
can see around corners, low-cost eye-care solutions. It also
enables users to read the first few pages of a book without
opening the cover.
